About Main Line Group Wealth Management
We are a fully independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) providing financial planning and asset management for a fee. We also have a relationship with a broker dealer for trails on legacy commissionable products to allow for better servicing of clients and continued revenue.
Our firm’s platform allows for flexibility and scalability with industry leading technology. We can accommodate and welcome experienced individual advisors and/or a multi-person team looking to break away. Having broken away after 17 yrs at Citi Family Office (and Smith Barney) we can help detox advisors who drank the brokerage firm’s cool-aid to successfully operate and truly understand the landscape as an RIA.

Requirements
Established US client focused Advisors
- Minimum of 3–7 years of experience as a financial advisor/ wealth manager with a demonstrated ability to develop and manage client relationships.
- Minimum AUM $25 million ($100 million+ preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; CFP® designation (preferred).
- A strong team player who cooperates and works well with the team.
- Excellent networking skills.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
- Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment.
Established US client focused Junior Advisor
- CFP® designation with a minimum 5 years of experience advising clients.
- A demonstrated ability to develop and manage assigned client relationships.
- Looking to grow into a lead advisor- manage existing and grow new relationships.
- A strong team player who cooperates and works well with the team.
- Excellent networking skills to build referral sources.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
- Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment.
